Production Supervisor - Shift Operations

Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an experienced individual to join their Mill Operations Supervisor team, overseeing daily and nightly mill operations, supervising union employees, and improving production efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or other Technical field
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve, and execute solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
• Proficient project management and organizational skills with experience preparing oral and written shift reports
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) preferred
• Knowledge of pulp & paper manufacturing or experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
