Shift Supervisor - Production

Shift Supervisors directly supervise 6 to 14 employees in the operations department, responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of unit operators.

Requirements

• Four (4) year engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical) preferred
• 2 – 5 years manufacturing experience and strong operational background
• Authorization to work permanently in the US.
• Proficiency with Windows based software (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to research/resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently to resolve issues or problems on a day-to-day basis
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
