Innomotics is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Medium Voltage Motors and Drives Services portfolio. This individual contributor role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, enabling sales teams, and delivering exceptional service solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- 5–10 years of proven experience in service sales or business development with industrial customers
- Strong blend of new business development and account management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess territory performance, identify coverage gaps, and uncover growth opportunities using data
- Strategic thinker who aligns daily actions with broader business goals and long-term growth initiatives
- Skilled communicator with a customer-first approach; able to lead key accounts and support others in a collaborative sales environment
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- High sense of ownership and urgency in resolving customer issues and driving initiatives to completion
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
