Requirements

• Strong background in Operations, Strategy, Business, Consulting, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in fast-growing, high-performance environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with high visibility
• Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Regional Operations, or Consulting is highly valued
• Strong process mindset with the ability to both design systems and execute
• Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills
• High ownership, resilience, and execution mindset
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve processes
• Fluency in English and Spanish
