Job Description
Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Custodian for their federal client in Miami, FL. This is a 100% onsite position with the Teamsters Local 769 Union, and involves general facility maintenance, including cleaning, storage, and restroom operations. The role requires a dedication to teamwork and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to be on time for shifts
- Basic cleaning skills with ability to disinfect (industrial disinfectants, sanitizers, bleach/water)
- Good communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Clean background investigation
- Pass current, valid security background investigation
- Health screening
- Random screening
- Ability to work independently
- Working up to 8 hours daily, 15+ pounds lifting
