Job Description
This 'On-site' role involves managing the day-to-day operation of assigned residential homes, providing support to residents receiving ILS services. The role includes managing vehicles, financial transactions, habilitation, and daily data capture. The position is at-will and requires self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Three (3) years of direct support to people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with other health and/or behavioral health diagnoses
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
