In this high-visibility role, you will report directly to the VP Growth and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure our most critical strategic initiatives are executed with excellence.

Requirements

• Background in strategy, business operations, marketing, or a previous Chief of Staff role within a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
• Ability to take an ambitious, messy idea and transform it into a clear, executable roadmap.
• Highly proactive and organized; you thrive when managing several overlapping timelines and know how to focus on what actually moves the needle.
• A "get it done" mentality. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work required to prove a concept before scaling it.
