Job Description
Insify is looking for a Product Manager Insurance P&C to join their team in Amsterdam. The role involves driving the growth and evolution of their Property & Casualty portfolio, bridging the gap between complex insurance logic and a seamless digital user experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-growth startup or strategy consulting (Insurance, Fintech, or E-commerce preferred)
- Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with Excel/data tools and use metrics to back up your decisions
- Product Curiosity: You don't need to be a coder, but you should be excited about how APIs, automated underwriting, and LLMs can transform insurance
- Bias for Action: You prefer "shipping and iterating" over "analyzing and waiting"
- Communication: Excellent English skills (Dutch, German, or French is a major plus given our European footprint)
- Educational Background: A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
