Client Operations Specialist Sr

We are seeking a Senior Client Operations Specialist to provide customer service and manage sales processes for an assigned team of Account Executives. The role involves connecting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to solve problems, preparing and submitting sales quotes, and managing pricing and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• One to five years related experience and/or training
• Effective communication (verbal and written), organization, problem solving, and time management skills
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients and internal personnel
• Able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and multi-task effectively
