Internship

We are currently looking for a work student to support our Human Resources team in Germany, at the location in Raunheim. The role involves supporting the team in the design of personal relevant issues and providing a comprehensive HR service for managers and teammates in Germany.

Requirements

• Support in the administrative and operational daily business within the Employee Life Cycle
• Post-processing, maintenance of personnel files and archiving of HR-relevant documents
• Creation of documents such as contract drafts and notifications for the works council
• Preparation of personal reports
• Support with data maintenance
• Possible support with personnel projects to optimize processes
