Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and scale high-quality enablement experiences that equip sellers with the skills, tools, and clarity required to perform effectively at each stage of their career. The role is responsible for facilitating structured, repeatable enablement programs, translating sales strategy into clear learning objectives, and executing high-impact learning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in sales enablement, facilitation, learning & development, or comparable experience.
• Experience facilitating sales, leadership, and/or technical training in live and virtual settings.
• Strong foundation in adult learning theory, active learning techniques, and distance learning methodologies.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn new content areas and translate them into clear, structured learning experiences.
• Solid project coordination skills within a defined scope and success criteria.
• High attention to detail, delivery quality, and learner experience.
