We’re looking for a strategic and creative Employee Experience and Communications Partner to join our high performing Employee Communications, Experience and Delivery team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in communications, People & Culture, or organisational change, ideally within financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or related fields
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across all levels
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide engagement initiatives and events
- Tech fluency across comms platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office suite)
- A strategic mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
- Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
