Job Description
Client Advisor is a Full-Time position that involves partnering with clients to enhance their customer experience strategies and contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in BPO, contact center, or client-facing consulting environments and be able to build peer-to-peer relationships with senior client leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BPO, contact center, or client-facing consulting environments
- Demonstrated success owning senior-level client relationships tied to retention and account growth
- Executive presence with the ability to quickly build credibility and influence client stakeholders
