Job Description
A company founded in 2012 is looking to expand its data-driven team with a Sales Operations Specialist to provide broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of the company's CRM. The role involves creating reports, developing sales incentive programs, and enhancing sales productivity.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Administrative or similar position
- Expert with Salesforce
- Knowledge of standard business practices related to Sales and CRM systems
- Must handle numerous assignments simultaneously while placing proper prioritization on tasks
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, willing to learn
- Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking) with excellent communication skills
