Job Description
Instawork is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise Light Industrial to drive growth and retention with large enterprise partners. This role combines relationship management, sales expansion, and strategic consulting to help businesses optimize workforce flexibility and improve operations. Instawork's AI-first approach aims to improve the online labor marketplace and support local economies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise light industrial companies, such as supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proven track record in sales, account expansion, and revenue growth.
- Experience in a consulting capacity with a focus on operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of selling into the enterprise segment.
- Strong relationship building with executives, operators, and decision-makers.
