Trust & Safety Specialist

Instawork is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to lead complex investigations, manage escalated support tickets, and apply policies to protect the company's marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Compliance, and be proficient in using AI and data to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Compliance
• Experience communicating with external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using AI to enhance productivity
• Ability to navigate internal systems and use data to build a narrative of facts
• Subject matter expertise on Instawork's Community Guidelines
