Trust & Safety Specialist

Instawork is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to protect the safety of its marketplace by resolving complex safety incidents and investigating evidence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Compliance
• Experience communicating with external stakeholders (clients, legal, or law enforcement)
• High proficiency in using AI to enhance productivity
• Ability to use natural language to interface with data (vibe analytics) and automate repetitive tasks
