Job Description
Instrumental is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and service strategic customer programs across Taiwan and partner with our team in China to deliver solutions for Vietnam and other APAC regions. As our sole on-the-ground representative, you will work directly with customers and contract manufacturers to integrate, optimize, and expand Instrumental’s AI-powered manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, doing engineering or operations
- Demonstrated ability to complete missions and work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop trust and rapport with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English communication
- Ability to travel regularly to factory sites across Taiwan, Asia Pacific, and the world
