Outbound Sales Development Representative

Instrumentl is hiring a remote Sales Development Representative to represent the company to prospective clients. The role involves researching, identifying, and initiating outreach to high-potential organizations that may have never heard of Instrumentl before. Success in this role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, high energy, resilience, and a strong curiosity to learn about prospects quickly.

Requirements

• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl
• Partner with Account Executives to prospecting into targeted account lists
• Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
• Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close
• Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone
• Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier
