Instrumentl is a mission-driven startup helping the nonprofit sector drive impact. We're looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to own the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical skills: writing SQL, building complex workflows, and working with APIs
- Data architecture/Integration experience: designing or improving a CRM data model and connecting multiple systems
- Analytical mindset: making decisions based on data and interpreting conversion metrics
