Job Description
As a Licensed Paralegal, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding resident issues, preparing landlord notices and applications, and representing the landlord before the Landlord and Tenant Board. You will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and professional resolution of issues.
Requirements
- P1 Paralegal License in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
