Our IT Technical Advisor Specialist - Contact Center Solutions is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the systems and technologies used in contact center operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in managing contact center solutions, system integration, and performance monitoring. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in managing contact center solutions. The candidate should have strong technical skills, including administration of telephony systems, management of interaction platforms, system integration, and performance monitoring & supervision. The role requires a curious mindset, driven by exploring new solutions and technologies, with the ability to adapt to market evolutions. Bilingualism (French and English) is required, and the candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.
