Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business unit leader and senior leadership.
- Lead data reporting for EEO, VETS, and other regulatory requirements through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance.
