We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Associate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment, be naturally curious, and have excellent client service skills.
Requirements
- Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
- Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
- Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
- Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
- Liaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolution
