Job Description
IHCS is a leading provider of in-home care services, including DME, Respiratory, Home Health, and Home Infusion services. We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to handle the intake process of orders for healthcare services, liaison with patients and health plans, and perform various administrative tasks. Our team strives for excellence through teamwork, providing exceptional customer service and high-quality care to our patients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
