Referral Coordinator

Join IHCS as a Referral Coordinator to handle the intake process of healthcare services, liaison between the company and patients and health plans, and verify patient information and insurance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
