Call Center Service Associate

Integrated Resources, Inc. is a premier staffing firm seeking a Call Center Service Associate to provide excellent service to customers through the resolution of basic customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a large call center with excellent customer service skills, and some experience in the health insurance industry. The role involves receiving customer inquiries, probing for additional information, and resolving or redirecting inquiries in accordance with prescribed departmental process. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a major plus.
