Clinical Customer Representative

Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a Clinical Customer Representative to contact patients via telephone, update patient records, and maintain spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma, one-year customer service or HUC related experience, and excellent communication and computer skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One-year customer service or HUC related experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and documentation skills
• Proficient computer skills, and specific experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Access & Outlook
