Job Description
Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to manage the revision of legal contracts and work with sourcing and legal staff for the purchase of goods or services. The Contract Manager will coordinate with stakeholders to agree on changes to terms and conditions and maintain detailed and organized files.
Requirements
- Experience working without direct supervision
- Direct experience working with the sourcing process
- Extensive experience redlining IT and other legal agreements
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand contractual needs
- Actionable ability to work with urgency and drive projects to completion
- Ability to organize work in a structured manner
- Experience with all Office programs
- Proven experience in creating impactful summaries/slides/spreadsheets
- Proven ability leading and driving discussions with legal teams, suppliers & sourcing
- Team player with ability to engage with broad array of internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership and management skills to influence outcomes with suppliers
