Job Description
Manage the revision of legal contracts, conduct preparation and revision of contracts, and coordinate with Sourcing, legal and policy owners.
Requirements
- Experience working without direct supervision
- Direct experience working with the sourcing process
- Extensive experience redlining IT and other legal agreements
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders
- Actionable ability to work with urgency
- Ability to organize work in a structured manner
- Experience with Office programs
- Proven ability leading and driving discussions
