Business Development Representative (Commercial P&C)

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team, supporting a diverse group of agents and cultivating, developing, and expanding relationships. This role involves driving new business and renewal production while on-boarding new agents and assisting ISC in achieving growth objectives.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ previous sales and/or marketing experience
• 1 year of commercial insurance product experience or 2 years of personal lines sales experience required
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and aptitude to navigate software easily
• Bi-lingual (English + Spanish) preferred
