Job Description
Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, including cleaning and well-maintained living environments, and performing maintenance tasks personally.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Three (3) year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to work on weekends and be on call as circumstances warrant
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle automobile insurance
- Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of construction and other related equipment
- Knowledge of hand and power tools as well as mechanical equipment
