Job Description
Perform service desk functions, troubleshoot and fix workstation issues, and provide input to content in SharePoint. Responsible for account management, permission and access management, and system administration support.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Associates degree in technical field
- 3+ years experience in service desk
- Experience with Remedy, Windows server domain, LAN/WAN and Internet systems, Office 365, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, file server environments, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), hardware installations (workstations, peripherals and servers)
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Sec+ certification
- US Citizen
