The Deskside Technician - Tier 2 will provide daily client interface, representing IntelliDyne and addressing hardware, software, and connection issues. They will support desktop and laptop users, resolve problems through customer education and training, and ensure backup and data restoration. The position requires a DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification, a bachelor's degree, and 4 years of technical support experience or a high school degree and 8 years of experience.
