Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to drive the acquisition of new business in the Life Sciences sector. This role involves targeting and penetrating new organizations, identifying key stakeholders, and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience
- Experience selling into Life Sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, CROs)
- Experience selling advanced technology solutions, such as AI, machine learning, data, analytics, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with clinical development and clinical trial workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and earn trust across all organizational levels
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
