1+ year of sales or business development experience, SaaS experience, strong customer relationships, organization skills, and aptitude to learn CRM systems

8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related roles, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and hands-on experience owning ML systems in production

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field, strong interest in product management, and ability to communicate clearly

3+ years of HR experience, PHR certification, recruiting experience, and comfort in fast-moving environments

5+ years of software engineering experience, bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field, hands-on experience with ML models, proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization

7-10 years of experience in life sciences or healthcare analytics, ability to work across multiple teams, and strong communication skills
