Job Description
intent is a product development studio looking for an Automation Engineer to automate internal processes across departments. This is a freelance role with a possibility of turning into a full-time position after 3 months.
Requirements
- Solid experience with automation tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n or Make
- Ability to quickly learn new automation tools
- Practical knowledge of AI models and CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Comfortable writing scripts, running SQL queries, working with APIs, or gluing systems together with low-code solutions
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
- B2+ level English
- Self-directed but collaborative
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or Python (nice to have)
- Experience supporting teams across multiple internal teams with automation (nice to have)
- Background in data analysis or reporting (nice to have)
Benefits

- Rate: 90 - 150 PLN net / hour (depending on experience)
