The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and knowledge of payroll processing.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in Human Resources β minimum of three (3) years
- Previous experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees
- Previous work experience in the administration of FMLA leave
- Previous work experience in payroll processing and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use discretion, be honest, and maintain employee confidentiality
- Competency in Microsoft Office Applications; Excel; Outlook; Word, etc.
