Intercom is seeking a German-speaking Senior Account Manager to lead the growth of their existing book of business in EMEA, including German-speaking regions. The successful candidate will drive pipeline and revenue, secure customer renewals, and execute a strategic sales process. They will also build strong relationships with customers and lead cross-functional account teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Business development mindset with ability to proactively generate pipeline
- Consultative and strategic acumen with experience in value-based selling
- Technical and AI curiosity with ability to autonomously learn and translate complex features into clear business outcomes
- Cross-functional influence with ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to tailor message to various audiences
