Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Intercom is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join its AI Customer Service team in Berlin, Germany. The team is responsible for defining new ML features, researching algorithms, and rapidly prototyping and deploying to customers. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of applied ML experience, a broad knowledge of ML, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Broad applied machine learning knowledge
• 3-5 years applied ML experience
• Practical stats knowledge (experiment design, dealing with confounding etc)
• Intermediate programming skills
• Strong communication skills, both within engineering teams and across disciplines.
