Job Description
Intercom is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join the AI Group and build Intercom's AI-powered products. The role involves working closely with ML Scientists and product teams to define new ML features, research algorithms, and deploy prototypes to customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience shipping high-quality products
- No ML experience required, but excellent software engineering skills and willingness to learn ML
- Strong technical fundamentals, strong programming skills, and willingness to work hard to invest in development
- BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline
