Job Description
As a key member of the Infrastructure team, this Sr. Systems Engineer will provide day-to-day operational support of various infrastructure components with a focus on clinical technologies and assist with technical issues as an escalation point.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of experience supporting users in VDI or Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environment
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure and hardware
- Demonstrable understanding of Windows security groups and effective grasp of NTFS permissions
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Energy, initiative, and a positive attitude
