As a member of the Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service, working as a team to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly specials.
- Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Kitchen menu items and specials.
- Cross-train on all Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, and Prep.
- Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis.
- Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.
