Line Cook - Pool Kitchen

We are seeking a full-time Line Cook for our Pool Kitchen & Bar in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced team environment and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections
• Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines
• Cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations
• Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, and equipment
• Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen
