Job Description
We are seeking a sales-oriented, consultative Account Manager to retain and grow a book of ~200 legal clients. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, onboard new clients for long-term success, and drive revenue through strategic upsells.
Requirements
- Own a portfolio of ~200 law-firm and legal-service clients
- Onboard new clients: set up accounts, establish goals, and ensure successful adoption of products/services
- Drive revenue growth through consultative upselling and cross-selling of relevant Martindale-Avvo solutions
- Proactively monitor client health signals and intervene to prevent churn
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare clear reporting for leadership
