We are seeking a driven, self-starting Account Manager who is competitive, confident, and consultative. This role is responsible for managing, growing, and retaining an existing book of business while delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Manage an assigned book of business (approximately 300–400 accounts)
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close upsell and renewal opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue, upsell, and churn-reduction targets
- Provide strategic, data-driven marketing recommendations
- Analyze performance metrics and historical trends
- Build and maintain long-term, high-level client relationships
- Maintain high activity levels and accurate sales forecasts
