Account Manager

As a driven, self-starting Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and retaining an existing book of business while delivering exceptional client service. This sales-focused role with significant opportunity to expand your account list and earnings.

Requirements

• Manage an assigned book of business (approximately 300–400 accounts)
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close upsell and renewal opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue, upsell, and churn-reduction targets
• Build and maintain long-term, high-level client relationships
• Develop deep expertise in Martindale-Avvo products, online marketing trends, and competitive offerings
