Corporate Travel Consultant

At ALTOUR, we are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide best-in-class travel consultation to our clients. The successful candidate will quote and book accurate domestic & international air, car, and hotel reservations, and deliver extraordinary customer service to all Altour clients.

Requirements

• Must pass GDS assessment
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• 5 years’ travel selling experience
• 5+ years’ customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Exceptional/above & beyond, proactive customer service approach
• Excellent travel industry knowledge
• Mastery in Sabre GDS
• GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing
• Corporate travel experience required
• Experience in international travel bookings and process
• Experienced handling of multiple accounts
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
• Embrace change, adaptable, viewed as a leader
