Manager, Transaction Services

Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business seeking a talented Associate Manager to join its newly launched Transaction Services team in Zurich. The successful candidate will work closely with Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in Switzerland.

Requirements

• Experience in Transaction Services within a Big 4 or similar environment
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Professional qualification (Swiss CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed or in progress
• Solid financial analysis and accounting skills (Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS)
• Experience in using the latest AI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Alteryx and related tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills combined with experience in supporting project teams and building relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team player and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage
