Market IT Service Manager

The Market IT Service Manager will be responsible for managing the local IT infrastructure, ensuring the adequate use of IT resources, and prioritizing and coordinating resources to ensure optimal working IT infrastructure. The role will involve managing IT infrastructure, IT security, user rights, onboarding and updating, support desk, group integration and applications, progress, reporting, optimization, and knowledge development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
